Gjipe Eco Campground ReviewVisiting Gjipe Eco Campground was an unexpected delight on my journey along the Albanian Riviera. Nestled amidst trees, the camping experience proved surprisingly comfortable with provided mattress tents, and I must admit, I had the best night's sleep I can remember while camping. The clean toilets and shower facilities were a big plus too! The campground boasts a friendly staff, particularly at the beachside restaurant where the owner is charming and the homemade food by his mother is a treat. The experience is elevated with the idyllic beach access and the breathtaking views. While the breakfast menu could use some vegan options, they accommodated my request, which I appreciated. Prices are reasonable considering the location and the security provided 24/7. While camping may not be everyone's first choice, Gjipe provides a decent balance of luxury and value, making it a smart stop for your adventure-packed itinerary.
